Hula: In this class you will learn the basic steps of Hula including Hula Auana (modern Hula) and Hula Kahiko (ancient Hula). Ages12 and up. Call Clips 'n Hips for more information. Melly Rivera

Salsa: Dance to your heath! The medical and mental health communities have found that dance has an overall positive effect on the human body and mind. Salsa dancing is the best recipe for health and fun at Clips 'n Hips.

Level 1 class is designed for people with very little or no experience in salsa dancing. Students will be introduced to the basic steps and the basic lead and follow patterns. Also, introduce students to Merengue and Bachata. The course consists of 6 consecutive 1 hour classes.

Level 2 class is designed for people who have finished level 1 or have already demonstrated some dancing experience. Students will cover additional footwork, turn patterns and lead and follow patterns. Also, building turn patterns in Merengue and Bachata. The course consists of 6 consecutive 1 hour classes.

Cost is $50 for 6 week course or $10 per hour.

Yoga: Hatha yoga is an ancient practice that can be translated as "Sun/Moon" yoga, or the yoga of balance. In these sessions, one will learn to integrate the basic yogic principles of alignement, pranayama (breath work) and meditation to unite the physical. mental and spiritual or soulful aspects of yourself. You will learn invaluable tools to aid in grounding, relaxation and deep healing.
